So the marathon ended conveniently in front of Buckingham...

We hung out in Regents Park for a little while because we couldn't get close to Buckingham in the slightest. We saw some birds we have never seen before and spent some time relaxing and trying to take pictures of them.

We ended up back at the hostel around 4pm. With all of this time left, we did our laundry. 4 pairs of my socks, a white undershirt, and a few pieces of Eileen's clothing ended up very pink, in fact. We put the palest pink shirt in that had been washed many times...didn't think it would do anything. oops. We read for a few hours and ate an entire wedge of brie with some bread while watching the Best of Top Gear. A nice, relaxing end to a hectic trip to London.
